I'm a day late! I'm sorry for the delay, but I wanted to check and double check the entries from my blog, Twitter and Facebook. ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the cookies, I'm enjoying them! I received the Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are delicious. Normally when I think of gluten free cookies, I think of dry and crumbly cookies. These cookies are nothing like that! They are not too crunchy, and not too soft, and have a great texture and flavor to them. If someone was served the cookie, I don't think they would know that it was gluten free unless someone else told them. Thanks again and I highly recommend these cookies!
